I've never come across A+ service like this before. Ray Anderson went out of his way from start to finish! He took the time to listen to my family's needs and then put the best options in front of us, not what was best for "business". Even well after the fact, I received a follow up call from him, which further emphasized his genuine candid nature. I look forward to working with him in the future when I'm ready for a new Honda. I know he will hear from my friends and family as well.

This is our second CR-V purchase from Jerry Wood Honda and we are as pleased with our experience this time as with the last. Our salesman, Gary Junker, was very professional, polite, and a real pleasure to work with, as was our finance manager, Curtis Trapp. Everyone worked to give us what we asked for and more. We have had equally good experiences each time we have used the service department and fully expect it will be the same this time.

Larry Dalton was our salesperson and he quickly made us feel at home. By the time we left with our new car we had met everyone we would be dealing with in the future. Ray in the Service Department walked us through the oil change and service process to even make us feel better about the Dealership. We love our car and are impressed with Gerry Wood Honda! |

I go to Gerry Wood Honda because they make me feel like family not a customer and they tell you what you need and what you will need soon. Ray is the guy I always bring my car to and he will let me know what I need and what I will need next time I come in. Everyone there is smiling and working together. On my recent visit I waited there for my oil change and while in waiting area the service manager Lisa came over to me and asked if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. If you have never been to Gerry Wood Honda you got to try it you will never go anywhere else. Thanks Gerry Wood having a great service department. |

I always get my Honda Accord serviced at Gerry Wood Honda. Each time I go there for service on my car Mr. Ray Schreiner, Service Technician has been extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. I feel very comfortable asking him questions about the service on my car and he is very helpful. He greets me with a smile and is very knowledgeable. He took his time in helping me choose a set of tires just the other day. I am pleased that Gerry Wood has folks like Ray. He has great customer service skills and recommend him highly. |

I have purchased two new Honda Odysseys (one in 2007 and one in February of
2013) from Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury NC. Gary , a salesman, was very helpful and professional in buying both of these vans. Gary helped me decide which vehicle would best fit my family's needs. The sales manager was also very helpful in explaining my financing options. I have always had my Hondas serviced at Gerry Wood Honda. The service personnel are the best that I have encountered. My 7 and 8 year olds really enjoy the play area and popcorn.
Come to think of it I really enjoy having a place for them to play while I look around! The express lane for oil changes is also a good addition to the service department. All-in-all, Gerry Wood Honda is a top notch organization. Did I mention free coffee? |

I took my car to Gerry Wood Honda with no appointment because my engine light came on. I was greeted by Teresa she was very friendly. She was very thorough asking me when the light came on and if my car was running the same. I was expecting a big bill but after all it wound up being covered by warranty. While I was waiting they had free coffee and popcorn. It was a great experience everyone there was so friendly.
